Returns are only applicable for the original purchaser of the product and will only be honoured on fulfillment of minimum criteria pursuant to the customer.
Returns will not be honured on conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification, damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster, theft or loss of the physical goods and if the product is altered or has any labels damaged or tampered.
(a) What do you have to do?
To qualify for a return request you must first contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notiify us of your request to return the hardware. We will contact you first to determine where and how your hardware was purchased for refund eligibility, and if there are any usability problems that are solveable by alternate solutions. Should the request be final, the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges to return the goods to TVZ Technologies.
(b) Return Shipping
We request delivery of the Physical Goods, the price of the shipping will be paid by the buyer and must be returned in its original packaging and additonal packaging providing an equal degree of protection as sent, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by TVZ Technologies. TVZ Technologies shall not assume any risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to our restocking centre.
(c) Restocking Fee
We charge a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the hardware price. This is applicable to all purchases of the hardware as advertised where the hardware was purchased from either physically or via online.
