I WANT ONE! - HOW DO I GET ONE?

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PAGE IS TO PROVIDE SOME QUICK FIRE ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.  THIS PAGE STARTS WITH HOW THE BUYING PROCESS WORKS AND ADDITIONAL INFO ON PRODUCT FEATURES.  PLEASE USE THE SEARCH BAR TO FILTER TOPICS QUICKLY

HEY THERE....HOW DO I GET MYSELF A TVZ DEVICE?

Now that you have taken the time to familairise yourself with what is on offer, we require ALL customers to purchase the TVZ device EXCLUSIVELY from THETV.ZONE.  The process involves ACCOUNT REGISTRATION.  By clicking on the REGISTER link in the menu bar, the user will be redirected to the registration page.  This is a 3 step process.  See STEP 1.

BUYING PROCESS - STEP 1 - ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

First create an account with a VALID eMail address and password to login to the site.  By registering, each user will have an opportunity to successfully buy a TVZ device via the shopping cart and check out facility.  No device can be checked out from the shopping cart UNLESS a user is registered.  Please use a valid eMail address as we will be sending you purchase confirmation and authentication requests.

BUYING PROCESS - STEP 2 - RESERVATION FEE

As we work to a first come first served basis, the reservation fee ensures that at least one TVZ devices is logged against each new user registration.  This insures every registered user will have an opportunity to buy a TVZ device.  It maybe the case that a user wishes only to register initially so that they don't miss out on acquiring a TVZ device in the future.   This way we can guarantee at least one device is reserved.

BUYING PROCESS - STEP 3 - RESERVATION FEE PAYMENT

This is the final step.  We ONLY charge the payment details provided for the amount of $0.99 on the registration page.  No more and no less will be charged at this stage of the REGISTRATION and RESERVATION process.  Please note, we know how excitied people get when they discover new technology, it maybe that there are already items in the shopping cart while confirming the registration.

WHAT IF I ALREADY ADDED ITEMS TO THE CART BEFORE REGISTRATION

In order to process anything already added to the shopping cart prior to completing the registration process, the user must return to the cart via the VIEW CART button and then PROCEED TO CHECKOUT in order to complete the checkout process in the shopping cart.

We love the web, technology and all things GADGETY, and therefore we ONLY want to work with the best and most secure internet and cloud based service solutions in the market and and care deeply about beautiful code, APIs, and baically all the magic that makes your expereince second to none.   We chose STRIPE as our payment gateway as the beautiful people at Stripe have helped start Skype, Lala, Act Blue, Kickoff, Interstate, Auctomatic, Encyclopedia, GazeHawk, and Wesabe.

DO I NEED TO CANCEL ANYTHING, AT ANY TIME?

ALL users can cancel their TVZ RESERVATION FEE any time they want.  Confirmation of the RESRVATION FEE can be found by clicking on the <USERNAME> connected to your login (located on the menu bar) and selecting MY PLANS from the drop down menu undetr the <USERNAME>  The page displays a table with a PLAN NAME and DURATION.  Your reservation will remain by default on our system for one year from the date it was initiatied, before it is removed.

WHAT IS THE DEVICE MANAGEMENT FEATURE?

Device Management is a restriction related to the number of simultaneous logged in devices connected to one REGISTERED ACCOUNT.  The maximum number of devices that can be connected to a registered account is 5.  Therefore the account owner is able to view the number of devices he/she has logged in, by logging in to the website.  The user can remove old devices and register new devices from the available quota.

I AM A REGISTERED USER AND MY TMZ+ APPLICATION IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Please make sure that you enter your eMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD that you used as part of your REGISTRATION when the application prompts for it.  If there are any problems please use the contact form to share your query and make sure you enter all your infomration correclty so we can promptly resolve any issues.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SUBTITLE OF A MOVIE?

You will find the subtitle button at the bottom right corner of the player, right beside the volume control as the movie starts playing. If you hover on the bubble icon, the subtitles or different languages should appear instantly and you can scroll down to see the subtitle selections/languages. From the subtitle list, you can select the subtitle you want.

HOW CAN I GO BACK TO THE CONTENT PAGE WHILE WATCHING VIDEO?

On your player, you can see a back button �

CAN I PLAY/PAUSE VIDEO BY USING MY KEYBOARD?

Yes, you can press the �Spacebar� of your keyboard to play/pause the video.
